Okay, so how does the creative process work?
Film and video production can sometimes feel like a very technical and overwhelming experience. Don't sweat though. We've made everything simple.

First, we like to have sit down or phone meetings to really learn about your business and tell you how we work too. Then, we send you a script FREE of charge. This is a service that is at no cost to you. Then, once you approve, we will initiate the project.

Note: To begin production for animated productions we will send you a detailed visual storyboard or shot list outlining the entire structure of the video. Again, we will not move forward to production until you approve this stage.

How long does the entire production process take?
It usually takes one to two weeks for the entire production workflow and delivery of one video. This includes writing, producing, and editorial elements from concept to completion with buffers to any changes/approval you and your team may have.

However, this timeframe can be a much quicker process depending on the scope of the treatment and your feedback.

What if I want changes or edits to my commercial?
After the production stage, we will send you a rough cut, where you are allowed up to one round of objective changes.

Okay, so you guys make our video. Then what?
We offer a variety of solutions that'll help you get your video to your targeted viewers. This includes video hosting, customizable video players, and additional exposure methods such as television broadcast. See our solution page here

Do you guys do event videography?
We do not provide event videography. This includes filmography for events such as weddings, graduations, birthday's, etc. We only produce narrative, commercial content for television and web.

Do I need to be in California to get your services done?
Absolutely not! Our unique workflow lets us work with clients all around the country!
